I really understand and am aware of the importance and need for any employer to acquire the correct candidates to help in processing what job entails,  As the biggest aim is to help in building a green and a healthy environment as it was proven how important it is, I will be responsible for the hole hiring process, Starting from creating the job description and using different Platforms to reach suitable candidates to fill the required position, Screening candidates resume's by multiple methods, Schedule and conduct interviews and selecting the best candidate, plan for Trainings, Signing contracts and other personnel management.
