I focused on finding and recruiting candidates for various roles for IT and non-tech roles (marketing coordinators, sales agents/managers, customer service, appointment setters, digital marketers, video editors, Amazon listing managers, quality assurance specialists, real estate agents, etc.). This included everything from client and candidate prospecting and job posting, interviewing, and reference checking to onboarding. Even though I didn’t have any background in IT, my experience in technical recruitment and understanding of the IT Industry context have helped me identify the most suitable candidates.
I’m experienced in Boolean search and passive recruitment and can use various recruitment tools and software such as ATS (Zoho, Lever, Greenhouse, Wizehire, BambooHR, Workable), project management tools (Trello, Asana), Marketing (Canva, MailChimp), Job Boards (Indeed, Monster and ZipRecruiter), Assessment and Interviewing tools (TestGorilla and HireVue - video interviewing), and Scheduling tools (Calendly and Doodle).
