I will search possible company names, and registered office address and let u choose from them. once you have decided I will register your company with companies house . this is done in 3 to 6 hours usually but sometimes due to workload at companies house they might respond a bit late. you will be ready to trade as soon as we get a response from them. 

for certificates, I will post them with royal mail first classed signed for service. this is included in price. 

for registered office, you can choose your own address or choose one from us. we will forward all government mails with royal mail. this service is quiet expensive usually. but we are charging reasonable for complete package.
