I spent 4 years in a BPO industry Started my journey as a technical and customer service support. I've been promoted a supervisor within a 1 year period. I then continue to serve the company for 3 years as a supervisor handling 3 US Based accounts such as Rushcard and Netspend; both financial accounts and WWE for the technical account. Being a supervisor is quite a challenging role. I was responsible for managing 20 agents. I supervised the opening and closing shifts, addressed customer and agents concerns and approved time sheets and paid time off. I used a professional but approachable demeanor with my agents. I encouraged them to ask questions if they were unclear on anything and made it a priority to resolve issues as soon as possible. I developed a personal but professional relationship with each of my agents. As many of them were high school and college students, they looked to me as a mentor. As a freelancer, I am an experienced with lead generation, research, data entry, data mining, appointment setting, virtual assistant, sales, marketing, article writing and proficient with Microsoft Office. I have served US-based clients as a freelancer. From that experience I have learned that my client should be my priority; Knowing my client inside and out and know the challenges, results are what matters most. I deliver the best results even when the conditions aren't ideal, and have fun. I have a positive attitude towards work, dedicated and no reliability issues. I can work with less supervision. I possess excellent communication skills, able to remain calm under pressure and have superb decision-making capabilities. Eager to learn, trustworthy and working with respect. Making sure I will be rendering top quality performance.
