I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and has had a combined 14 years experience in IT operations where I handled a diversity of roles in process execution and management, customer relationship management, service ownership and delivery, and human resources administration. This included working virtually with teams in Poland and the US, as well as Procter and Gamble customers globally. In that company, I built and led a team providing back-office support as Service Delivery Manager, handling both service delivery and human resources/people management. In the course of my career in my previous company, I handled several organizational roles which allowed me to learn and practice skills outside of my people manager role. This included being an Employee Engagement lead where I led and executed engagement activities, such as general assemblies and newsletter publishing. I was also a certified internal trainer and created and conducted soft-skills and ITIL trainings. With this wealth of experience in an IT service operations organization, I am well-suited for virtual administrative and operational tasks assignments (data entry, process execution, remote office tasks), and am also open to roles in social media management, and content writing. Currently, I manage my own eCommerce business and also do freelance Sourcing for AskWonder. Outside of work, my interests include digital photography and social media management and content creation including graphic design/typography.
