As a Nonprofit and Human Service Worker, I was motivated to build a website, for an Online tutoring platform. The following skills were involved:

-Established a Tutoring Business ("DBA" - Sole Proprietorship)

 -Strategic planning for each facet of Business

 -Created Budget, and Accounting that complements such a Business

 -Conducted Interviews, for employment

-Implementation of an Online tutoring platform

 -Web-page design, with internal links

 -Content Writing

 -Payment, and other plug-ins 

Graduate-level coursework in Public Administration and Nonprofit management outlined theories of Organizational Behavior, which my work in healthcare and social services represents. Patients and Clients I served benefitted from transparent organizations. Clearly outlined program goals and objectives paved the way for intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and - when, necessary referral and linkage. The work necessitated community collaborations, related to treatment and support. Ongoing community engagement, and understanding Clients and Patients, and their specific needs defined my work. Continuous contacts to the served populations ensured ethical, effective, efficient, and pragmatic program  implementation. Data entry, charting, Reporting, and attending various team and supervisory meetings were regular routines.

These experiences have inspired me to explore a new endeavor - Report and Content Writing. I feel confident about corresponding with different agents - and, hope to graduate to Press Release and Copywriting, in the near future.
