Created a template for customer feedback surverys for product documentaiton and presented the results as the standard for future enhancements.  Streamlined the online documentation process for the client/server reconciliation products using newly-added RoboHelp build tags.  Created a user workbook to complement a reconciliation products training class.  Revised the APECS MT User Training Manual, APECS MT Online Help, Recon Confirmations User Training Manual, and the entire suite of APECS Main Frame User Manuals.  Created a tutorial for APECS MT using ToolBook Instructor.
