Teaching - Developed and served as instructor for pre-law courses at four year liberal arts college. I instructed classes ranging in size from 12 to 35 students.
Research - Researched a variety of topics, both over the Internet and by more traditional library research methods, including, but not by way of limitation, legal research, import/export information, public and private financial resources, business suppliers, trademark and trade name availability, governmental procedures, hermeneutics, advertising and media information.
Editing - Proofread and edited numerous documents including securities disclosure documents, presentations, memoranda, briefs and newsletters.
Writing - Have written numerous legal and business documents, including radio proposals, legal briefs, marketing material, short stories, nonfiction instructional material and business plans.
