For the ten years I have written user help documentation including user guides/manuals, online help and training documentation for software and .com companies in Pittsburgh PA including UPMC Health Plan, ScriptLogic Corp. and ASE Edge, Inc. On the backend I have written system design documents, functional requirements, release notes and disaster recovery documentation. I have a strong educational and work background in the sciences and technology. I have a BS in Physics and prior to my work in the IT field I was research assistant to the director of the University of Pittsburgh's Allegheny Observatory for 14 years.I have taken numerous classes in Chatham University's Master of Writing program and creative writing and editing classes at the Community College of Allegheny County.     Working with Tim has truly been a pleasure. For this project, Tim delivered on all my specifications. I found his methodology of working to be unique. He uses a wiki to work in real time so you can see how your writing project as it is progressing and at the end delivers the word document so you can make comments, etc. Tim is a very passionate and professional about working with his clients which is reflected in his quality of communication.
