Requirements and project management

I interview all actors starting with stakeholders, team members, management, sales & marketing; operations and finance. This provides both the detail and strategic needs involved with the project. Delivery will be on-time and within budget if the project is realistic, the team is high functioning, the organization understands a strict change control board, tested frequently and thoroughly, and open to communications. Project management can be used with existing documents or newly created ones. I have a solid career based on attaining my goals on-time, within budget, and delivered with quality service. I have Business Analysis background so I can write solid requirements documents and business use cases, instructions to programmers, and project documents.
