Requirements Elicitation and Management

I have experience in eliciting requirements from various stakeholders in large and medium sized programs.

This involves conducting workshops and interviews. The process also involves active and passive observation of a process. Based on these I prepare software requirement specifications, use cases and user stories. I present the requirements to business and technical stakeholders, to get review comments and inputs for modification where needed. 

The requirements needed to be communicated to different stakeholders using the appropriate mode and format. I have communicated requirements to stakeholders keeping their expectations in mind.

I have participated in the process of keeping requirements documents up to date. This involved assessment of the impact of change requests, and making relevant addition, modification, and deletion of requirements.
