A public policy professional with operational experience in cross-cutting sectors. Her expertise in former associations with IT and policy based organizations has enabled her to set a greater vision, plan, evolve implementable action plan and evaluate outcomes in the development sector. In the diverse roles undertaken by me, the common denominator has always been the drive to support program mechanisms through research and administrative support. My experience in the Government and Public Sector advisory vertical at Ernst & Young (EY) and Grant Thornton has equipped me to deliver projects in a consistent and efficient manner. I have played a crucial role in project management, monitoring and evaluation of public sector projects, having developed key reports on the guidelines and policy specific regulations for schemes and programmes of Union and state governments. Along with this, I have hands-on experience of working on several thought leadership reports and business development presentations. I also have the experience of working in the Research and Development Division of a State Government of Karnataka, TiE and NASSCOM funded startup, which has honed my analytical skills. I am been involved in supporting parliamentary procedures including preparation of bills and research during my experience with Ministries of Governments and Hon’ble Member of Parliament. While interacting with colleagues and stakeholders, I tend to quickly observe and analyze individual roles, opportunities, challenges and motivations. One of my professional achievements was the coordination and organization of Food Summit and Skill Summit for Government of Jharkhand. During the process I had to accommodate interest of various stakeholders, observe different information flows while meeting tight deadlines. I believe as a young leader, I possess, strong psychological resilience, along with the ability to remain focused and self-directed in a fast paced work environment. Having worked with project management in academia and government, I have developed a structured mindset, client oriented attitude and strong ownership to deliver high quality results.
