I have a total of 14 years of working experience in a corporate world (Hospital and BPO industry) and I can say that I am really good at working independently with minimal supervision. With all the positions I had with my previous employers, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, poor customer service, misunderstandings and miscommunications etc). I have also provided a good quality of work and service to my clients and customers. I am currently working as a Virtual Assistant for an online shop as my part time job. I am one of the POCs of the team handling escalations, complaints and admin tasks. My other task is to do research for the company profile. I am confident that I can offer great customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
