A Bachelor's degree holder in Electronics and Communications Engineering, I am a licensed Electronics Engineer who possesses excellent skills in troubleshooting virus related issues, software and hardware problems.I have been working for almost four years now for a multi-national technology & analytics enabled Business Process Services enterprise. I have been assigned to be an expert in a particular area or topic which specializes in computer software and hardware. I am now currently handling a team of 15 - 20 people. This would also include motivating people and driving them to reach specific goals or targets.
