I possess a myriad of clerical and administrative skills collected over many years working in offices as a legal assistant and paralegal, and personal assistant. My legal background and education brought me skill in business writing, transcribing and editing documents, customer service, computer programs, research, and other administrative tasks. It also provided an opportunity to learn about people, and how to communicate with them effectively. My educational background in English and Creative Writing, and Paralegal studies added broad abilities in research, writing, editing, and creative and practical thinking. I became a personal assistant working for myself, because I saw that my skills could be applied in a way that better fit the life I am now leading. I feel grateful to have the opportunity to work with a variety of people on a variety of projects, and to assist them in getting things done - things that are important to them.
