My name is Anthony Gitau, a lecturer at The Catholic University of Eastern Africa in Kenya. I have just concluded a PhD program in Medical and Veterinary Entomology at the university of Nairobi and now looking forward to graduating coming September. I have a teaching and research experience spanning more than ten years at both high school and university levels. I have published several papers in science based academic journals.
My main work is to teach and mentor university students in science disciplines like, biochemistry, evolutionary biology, entomology, zoology, conservation biology, vertebrate biology, animal anatomy and physiology to mention just a few.
I guide and direct students on how to conduct research, write academic papers and publish them in peer reviewed journals. I have been involved in a number of publications and have also participated in academic conferences. I feel competent enough to handle science-based assignments with the diligence, enthusiasm and excellence needed
