The overall goal of my research program is to provide management skills to managers with information and tools that will enable them to become better stewards. Solutions to a real-world example and problems typically require an understanding of basic management processes. Thus, my research strives to combine studies of basic human resource questions with applied research. It focuses mostly on the conservation of management diversity and providing a strong scientific basis for skills resource management decisions. Management issues are typically multidimensional and exist at multiple factors and progressive scales. Dealing with such complex, multivariate, and multi-scaled problems often invoke the use of quantitative and qualitative approaches. Consequently, my research increasingly involves the development and use of various models.
