In 2012 and 2013 I was part of team conducting market research to determine the addressable market for our services in California, Washington, Arizona, and Nevada. Research was gathered regarding the current utilization of our services, the future anticipated utilization and need, current revenue potential, and estimated future revenue potential. We also determined what resources were needed in order to make operations successful in each targeted area.Business Development and Client RelationsI developed a tracking spreadsheet to determine hot, warm, and cold leads. Created schedules for client visits, phone calls, emails, etc. I track all contact with potential clients. I also track wins, losses, and any pending sales, while recording reasons for losses.
