Richard has more than 20 years experience in higher education as a teacher and administrator. He managed Arts Education programs for both McNally Smith College and Hennepin Technical College. In the corporate arena, he has consulted for companies such as Traveler’s Insurance, 3M, American Express, Kodak and Banner Engineering. He served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Advanced Communication Design and as Director of Media Services for North American Media Group. Richard firmly believes that knowledge empowers and is dedicated to helping people realize their full potential through improved communications. He has spent the better part of his life becoming a “born” communicator and knows from personal experience what that requires.
