In law school, this was the joy of my life. I look to share those skills with you. Research can include draft memos, case research and briefing, statutory research, procedural history and/or legislative histories. Case research may entail simply finding analogous cases or outlier cases, or can be mor reached detailed and covered with full case briefs and cursory analysis of cited cases. I have WestLaw access and use that to perform most of my research.
