• Deliver role-specific sourcing and other C-level talent identification initiatives for clients. • Partner with clients to understand demand for research, while understanding the diverse markets within covered regions, including talent competitors, business trends and workforce. • Provide timely and thorough communication with regard to search activity and status. • Conduct pre-consultation meetings with recruiters, HRBPs and hiring managers to understand the client's requirements. • Develop custom research, target lists and sourcing strategies for open vacancies. • Draw up project plan to deliver mapping to the client to agreed time frames and criteria. • Deliver industry, company, country and people research within agreed parameters and time frames. using intricate Boolean searches, leveraging social media platforms and other web-based vehicles. • Package research including insights and trends for presentation to the Hiring Manager et al. • Conduct Competitor analysis. • Assist resourcing teams with innovative direct sourcing solutions for key and critical roles. • Assist with the development of the sourcing capability in the broader resourcing function.
