4 months working as a Customer and Technical service rep in a Telco company, we provides solutions in terms of technical problems and informing customers regarding their billing information, order status, gadget installation and etc. And due to in demand accounts that are being handled by our company I got transferred in a different account as a Hilton Reservations Specialist that took care on bookings and giving information to the guest also in regards to their current booking update and listening to agents recording to ensure clients satisfaction was being serve. • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints. • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
