Description Department of Statistics and Information Management receive several returns/statements from Banks and other RBI departments. IDMS Application has following source of inputs 1. Bank Balance Sheet 2. RBI Internal department other than IDMS. 3. Outside RBI (IBA and NABARD) These returns/ statements are processed and various outputs are general rated for forwarding to various RBI departments. Currently the data are getting to RBI through banks, Online Return filing system, email or hard copy. These returns are entered / uploading to the IDMS application. The following list of returns/ statements processing should be carried out by the proposed solution. • Final Form ‘A’/’B’ • Form X • Provisional Form ‘A’/’B’ • Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. The application should provide the provision for uploading and manual data entry of the return. The e-returns which are coming in the standard format (i.e. Excel and XML) should be able to upload into the system like existing application. The application has for provision sending e-mail alerts, request, reminders acknowledgements to banks and application users.
