I've worked in a BPO industry for a period of 7 years from customer service to technical support. I have assisted US clients with their internet, directory listing merchandise and student loans. I'm used to staying on the phone for a long duration of time and I'm very much familiar with the culture. I also managed working overseas in UAE as a help desk for a cargo airlines. I’ve been doing administrative support and assisting customers to track and trace consignments. I’ve paved my way soon enough to be an expert home based virtual assistant handling various clerical tasks such as data entry, data mining, research, chat support, email management, social media management, calendar assignment and lead generation. With my extensive experience, I’ve had many opportunities dealing with different types of people and issues, I’ve learned a great deal of understanding on how the process works. I’ve assimilated skills in positiveness, listening and accuracy. My role is to put my 100% effort in what I and to help people the best way I can by providing full support via chat, email and phone. I am well versed in MS office applications, and have used multiple CRM’s in the past. Overall this enabled me to master my skills in English communication - both verbal and non-verbal.
