Following Up the cases for Team Ownership under the Absence of Team Rex. Maintain The OCC & SL of the team on daily basis. Support the team in absence of TSS & Support new Hire Team. Scrub IB, RDR, Sales, and Closed Cases & RAR data for the team and Sending EOD reports to TL. Collecting the data for sales for BQ agents in the DTC lob and sending to individual TM
