I am an independent financial analyst looking to help you grow, build and develop your organization. I can help you with developing financial projections, budgets, capital expenditures, financial planning & analysis and business modeling strategies. For example, when I focus on developing a growth center within the business model, I look to quantify certain key business metrics in terms of unit economics. All of which needs to be tracked, measured, analyzed and compared to projections and initiatives. Not all companies will have these, if they are early stage ventures. Every stage of the development of an organization is different. I specialize in helping to develop very early stage companies. These companies are often small and may be pre-revenue. During these stages having good projections, budgets is important. Depending on your company, finding and having good product market is important as well. Tracking key business metrics is critical and knowing the unit economics of your business is critical to doing good projections, budgets and for investors when it comes time for funding. Early stage ventures may or may not be as sensitive to capital expenditures. In other words, "we don't have a choice as to whether or not we invest in this because it is all that we do". However, that may change quickly, as with everything else. One thing I always want to encourage everyone, is to forget about everything like, funding or going public, or anything other than just focusing on building a solid company with a product or service that has value to someone. Worry more about whether or not you have appropriately assessed and understand all of the risks that the business, industry and market bring with them to be able to manage and mitigate them.
