Resume / Cover Letter Writing & Review

I'm highly experienced with resume writing/review, and the hiring process having worked as the hiring manager for my departments at my current and previous employment. I'm also very familiar with the interviewing process (both phone and in-person), having conducted many myself so I'm very in-tune with what employers are looking for and what stands out in a resume. Typically, I request a base resume with the customers skills/qualifications, past experience/employment, and education, as well as a link or detailed description of the position they are applying for, which I would then review and perform a complete overhaul (content, grammar, formatting, etc.) to create a more professional and polished final result. During the process I may need to reach out to confirm that certain revisions are still inline with the customer's skills as I never want to include anything that they are unable to back-up/support in a formal interview. Once complete, I would send for final review. Similarly, for cover letters I would ask for a base/draft cover letter from the customer so I can get a better feel for their personality and their reasons for seeking employment for the specified position. With my extensive and continued knowledge of employer needs, the hiring process, and resume design, you're sure to receive a final deliverable of superior quality.
