Lif Strand is a free lance writer of non-fiction, as well as a resource analyst and public education coordinator for the Catron County Commission (Catron County, NM) as a subcontractor through the Southwest Center for Resource Analysis at Western New Mexico University. Her areas of expertise include community planning (public involvement and strategic planning); research, investigation and information integration; public information (press releases, manuals, instructions, public meeting facilitator).
