Worked as a retention specialist for 3 years now, I can say that retaining customers from leaving their service was the hardest journey of an specialist. However, with proper negotiation, reselling the benefits and offering them the best package can lessen the rate of customers leaving a company. I have a strong persuasion skill wherein most of the time I can save customers from leaving and best thing is I was able to upgrade their services meaning an additional revenue for the company itself.
