Academically, I graduated in Bachelor of Education from Bahirdar University with Pedagogical Science and Master of Art in Educational Measurement and Evaluation from Wollega University. Know days, I am an instructor of Psychology, pedagogy and inclusiveness courses in one of teachers education college. I have 16 years of experience.
