I can take your System requirements and derive all detail Hardware/Software requirements, analyze/simulate your design, generate the schematics and PCB layout, and then fabricate/assemble/test your design to completion. I have an excellent track record of getting the job done for my Clients over the past 25 years, and can provide direct references of my work.  My hourly rate is very reasonable, and is typically lower in cost than a full time employee.  In addition, I have all of the necessary design tools (Cadence, Orcad, Pads, Ansoft Designer/HFSS, AWR, PSPICE, etc..) and a complete lab (OScopes, Sig Gens, Spectrum Analyzers, VNAs, from DC to 50Ghz) to support both design/analysis and prototype testing.   I am very entrepreneurial in nature, and always work very aggressively to accomplish my Client’s goals quickly, efficiently, and correctly.
