Develop well-researched and compelling copy for new business acquisition opportunities including RFIs, RFPs, presentations, and other technical collateral (white papers, case studies, thought leadership documents). Work in collaboration with sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders and partners.
- Prequalify and create action plan to customize responses in alignment with business win strategy
- Coordinate project, write initial draft, edit, and package final for electronic, email, and hard copy submission in accordance with proposal requirements and deadlines
- Coordinate with subject matter experts in various business lines and departments to answer specific questions and record new information in proposals accurately
- Write clear and concise content to achieve a unified voice and clarity of purpose
- Proof work product for content, grammar, style, and format using business template and Associated Press Stylebook (or other standard)
- Submit proposal draft in advance of deadlines to ensure key stakeholders have time to review and approve response
