Have implemented and completed a lot of projects (both big and small). Have led a team of 12-15 QA leads and more than 50 QA analysts to ensure that the project is completed in the given timelines and budget. Have an excellent hands-on experience in analysing enterprise wide applications to design the right QA strategy. Have ably handled risks and issues and applied right mitigation strategies.
