Seven years later, the same result for Robert Neulander:Robert Neulander on Monday was sentenced to 20 years to life in state prison — for the second time — for murdering his wife Leslie in 2012. This is the second time Neulander has received a 20-year-to-life sentence for the crime from Onondaga County Court Judge Thomas J. Miller, who presided over the former doctor’s first trial in 2015. That conviction was overturned.
