Throughout my whole working career and educational background, I have developed skills that I think is essential to be successful. I studied Computer Science which enhanced my critical thinking and logical thinking skills. I have a basic background on programming languages like C++, Java, VB.net, HTML, CSS, and PHP. Working as a call center agent honed my skills to work under pressure, show empathy to irate callers and calm them down. Be able to work multiple tasks at the same time and not losing focus while assisting multiple customers. I am able to communicate in proper and understandable English. And most importantly it made me a team player - extending help to co-workers as well as reaching out when I’m at lost. My love for computers, android phones, and technology in general, led me to believe that my knowledge and troubleshooting skills are above-average than most people. My eagerness and willingness to learn is something that I'm proud of.
