I have a total of four years of experience in the customer service industry. I had worked for telecommunications and retail accounts. My experience working in BPO companies taught me to multi-task, to be productive, to be patient and to think outside the box which is necessary to perform various administrative tasks required. My experience helped me honed and sharpened the necessary skills needed for an efficient execution of customer service and administrative functions. My experience at the Bureau of Immigration as an on-the-job trainee helped me gain experience in performing ordinary office duties and executing numerous tasks that involve computer programs like the Microsoft Office software. My maturity, practical experiences, and eagerness to learn will help me do an excellent job. I possess excellent organization and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to handle delicate situations in a professional manner.
