I have worked in various roles in the IT department of a multi-national company. I have progressed from administrator of day to day operations of a few Novell file servers, to my present duties as global systems architect and strategic analyst. Recent projects include implementation of a patch management solution for approximately 1500 user machines across 29 sites on 5 continents, design and implementation of the upgrade process from Windows 2000 to Windows XP on the desktop, and my current, implementing the ISO 17799 process model to improve security across the enterprise.
