I have experience designing in Ruby on Rails. This is entry-level to moderate knowledge. I have structured a website based on the Model (Database), the Controller (Logic) and the View (HTML). I've studied and applied the refactoring, scaffolding, the generation of ERB, routing. My DBMS of choice is MySQL, and I use JQuery. I am still studying integrating PayPal or payment gateways to backend logic, so I cannot provide that. I also have not studied fully the use of default Testing components, as well as RSpec. I will create a basic RoR website for you to start your site, with some logic. (Rails is database agnostic, so the choice of storage is not an issue). I am currently studying Bootstrap in Ruby on Rails (it's different in PHP), so for now I will design only in basic HTML and CSS. I offer basic to intermediate skills in Ruby on Rails, using paid or free (you provide the paid) Bootstrap template.
