I am a highly competitive, accomplished runner with a strong desire to give remote advice to those looking for better training, motivation, leadership and understanding when it comes to this fantastic sport! I know what it takes to progress organically. It starts with understanding your body, your specific passion within running, and then goal-setting. Then it is about creating a structured action plan that produces inspiration and not fear about those high reaching yet attainable goals. I am still training intensely so I am well aware of what the daily grind can be like.
