I am trying to improve people's lives through meaningful UX design and innovation. I loves creative techniques and design methodologies and have recently stuck myself into the water of UX , Service Design and trying to create an information design for Big data. I am currently working as UX Consultant & Co-founder of Experiential Service Design. Earlier I had worked for Big Data company - Guavus Network Solution, Gurgaon, India. Apart from Guavus, I also worked with various companies as consultant including eBay, Microusability (Singapore), Servitium, Atelier etc. I have almost 8+yrs of experience which includes, 6+ yrs of experience in the field of User Experience, Usability, and Service Design; 2+ yrs experience in Marketing and Merchandising in Retail and 6 months in CAD/CAM Industry as sales and technical Support. I also had undergone training in SAP-SD module from CDAC, Noida. Along with the job's responsibility, I have worked on usability for global mobile manufacturing company as Moderator and created reports for them. and also designed an virtual simulations for banks just by replacing their earlier CBTs/WBTs. In Academic I have done PG in Design for Digital Experience For NID Bangalore(2yrs) and Bachelor in Computer Application ( 3yrs). Along with PG in Apparel Management Program (1.5 yrs) and 1 yr diploma in International Business.
