Develop Salesforce based Customer Community utilizing Visual Force and apex components. * Requirements Definition and Customer Community Design * Customer Community Development * Create a custom Salesforce customer community utilizing CSS Style Sheets, Visual Force, Java Script and Apex. * Add branding to the customer community. * Provide all pages and links currently accessible by customers on the existing portal and agreed upon in the requirements and design phase. * Build workflow rules and approval processes to support the above customer community functionality. * Setup customer community users. * Perform system tests to ensure customer community functionality. * User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and User Training: * Reporting and Dashboards * Deployment and Post-Deployment Support.
