I started off my career as a Sales Representative with Cebu Global Teleservices 11 years ago where I performed upselling, appointment setting, hard selling and called callings. I also have 3 years experienced as Customer Service support and I have skills specifically in this area. Able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment, can assist customer inquiries quickly, always aim for satisfaction ratings, able to multitask to better support my customers, can handle more than one chat at a time and able to reply to customer questions, research account activity and notes, troubleshoot any issues, provide supporting help documentation, and any number of other tasks. In that role, a major accomplishment I'm most proud of was that I was able to contribute to our client quota expectations and was able to retain our major business client to stay with our company.
