For the past ten years I have been working for a highly recognized financial institution. During my tenure I have increased the number of accounts opened. I have created an efficient, easy environment to start a professional conversation in order build customer relationship thus building customer database. I have participated in promotions and sales marketing to garner new business and to increase customer database. I have also processed Teller transactions between 90-100 daily. I also have experience in telephone in which I respond to customers concerns, queries while accessing each customer situation in order to provide the ideal solution to their issues. My objective is to provide excellent customer service to an organization that is customer service oriented. My intention is to create business goals, strategies and to develop existing customer sales while creating new ones. I am a team player especially where I can maximize my customer service experience in a challenging environment to achieve the organization goals. I believe in building customer relationships because this how a business grow.
