As a Customer Service and Sales Specialist, my main role is to attend customer's concerns via phone, email, and, chat with a great attitude and positive vibe. I always make sure that willingness to help and assist customers is all at hand. Issue resolution and pacifying irate customers are some of my fortes in this area and customer satisfaction is always my goal for every call. Accept orders from E-commerce Website, receive and process payments, track orders, provide tracking details, and send invoices are most of the extra mile I am doing. Update the client's information in the database is also part of the job to make sure that all contacts are up to date. Set an appointment with the investors, vendors, and business partners for possible profitable meetings. Run necessary reports and presentations if needed. Educate customers with the products we have and the benefits that it can provide to them and their business.
