I have a work experience of 4 years and 2 months as a Procurement and Planning Executive in an Automotive segment company named Nippon Audiotronix Ltd. located in Noida , India that deals into manufacturing , assembling and supply of the parts like Car Entertainment and Infotainment systems to OEM customers like Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. ,Tata Motors Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.,GM Motors ,Ford motors , HM and many other OEM companies . My work tenure with the company Nippon Audiotronix Ltd. started from 23rd September 2010 and extended up to 20th of November 2014. During the tenure my basic roles and responsibilities were :- (1) To communicate and coordinate with the overseas vendors regarding the commercial issues for the ongoing and new upcoming projects through e_mails and phones if required (2) Import planning and procurement specifically for the parts like Car Audio systems , Car Alarm and Security Systems, Reverse Parking Sensors ,Ties, Terminals and Connectors , Antennae systems as well as Crimping Machines and Applicator Tools . (3) To place purchase orders month on month basis to the overseas vendors as per the requirements raised by the OEM customer .(4)Provide forecasts and lifting projections to the vendors following the trend of the daily and monthly dispatches as well as the schedules collected from the customers. (5)Ensure availability of raw imported material whenever required in order to meet the customer deadlines. (6)Having scheduled discussions with the marketing,development and QA teams in order to ensure the delivery of correct end product with precision and accuracy.(7)Having timely meetings with clients and vendors regarding the proposals , development ,procurement process ,start of production, end of life of the existing as well the new products that are going to be launched by the customer in the market.(7) Handling the documentation part and maintaining the records of the inflow and out flow of the imported material.(8) Obtaining excel
