Sales and Service Expert - Excel Wizard

I have worn a lot of different hats - at my current position I am referred to and utilized as a ‘jack of all trades’ while still exceeding expectations for my required goals. Since 2011, I have been promoted 8 times and held 14 roles within my 8 positions, and I quickly established myself as a top performer in each role. While my official titles have included tech support Agent 1/2, Quality Analyst, Technical Trainer, Client Specialist, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and Operations Supervisor, in reality I was known as the person who could do everything. Hats I wore there included data analyst, documentation consultant, TL9000 document approval, DIRECT coaching trainer, and the “Excel Guy.” Our business goals and directions were constantly growing and changing, and I thrived on the excitement of having to constantly readjust my sights and being an asset in all aspects. No matter where I have been, I produce topnotch work because I am dedicated to making sure each and every piece stands out from the crowd. Whether it was coaching documentation, a job-aid or a development plan, I pride myself on my ability to recognize and articulate a distinct voice for every project. While writing is my passion, project management is my bread and butter. Keeping on top of projects and making sure all parts get to the finish line at the same time is one thing I do best. The ability to juggle projects and never missing a deadline did not just develop through my professional experience. It also comes from constantly moving (I went to 17 schools in 14 years) and having to adjust to constant change. I have learned to budget my time and my assets, and most importantly, I learned to be flexible and to get things done. I am very well known for my ability to take a lead list - produced by salesrabbit or any other means - and have an extremely high conversion rate. For four years with AT&T I did B2B sales and I was provided with lead lists. Satisfactory performance was considered closing 2 sales for every 100 contacts. I maintained an average rate of 45 closed deals for every 100 contacts. This made me the top seller nationwide for four years running. I attribute this to the fact that I went to 17 schools in 14 years across 7 countries and 5 states. As a child and teen, I was conditioned to be a social chameleon. Culture shock required it. Now, I am able to adapt my communication style to fit the target audience with the intention of building rapport quickly and effectively. I also firmly believe in Einstein's definition of insanity. If a certain approach isn't working, I creatively adapt to find an approach that does work.
