• Organization and participation in trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Managing and growing the relationship with distributors and developing accounts.
• Communicating business intelligence from distributors to the product management team.
• Providing support regarding prices new product availability, marketing, and logistics.
• Supporting business units with accurate market information especially concerning competition prices, new products and market changes.
• Promoting and selling products through customer demonstrations, site and field visits, tendering and quoting for new business opportunities
• Formulation of business proposals.
• Handling Buyer Resistance.
• Performing key account maintenance (and participating in negotiations with prospective clients).
• Formulation of the business strategy and export policy of the company (with the Managing Director).
• Managing a number of sales agents.
• Keeping a close look on the financial and commercial performance of our customers.
• Responsible for the marketing activities of the company (e.g. advertising, website design, full redesign of the product brochures, exhibitions).
