I have over 6 years of experience in the Call Center world, most of which being in leadership roles and managerial positions. As a manager, I am a very hands-on and prefer to lead by example. I always try to find time to hit the floor and dial-out with my agents through my workday. I am more than confident is saying that the experience and knowledge I have gained over the years has equipped me to deliver brilliantly on any BPO task I am faced with.
