I am with BPO Industry since 2018, I've been with different LOBs which differs when it comes to their own respective programs. Also, I've been part of Sales team, and was once a top agent. I'm good with communicating with a high percentage of fluency when it comes to English language. Filling the duties and responsibilities with a short time span with different customers is totally a big challenge which I knew I can overcome. I've been with billing, sales, and service department which I can totally say that I built a foundation of myself during those times and was able to bring it with me at this point.
