I have a passion for systems- implementing, streamlining, and refining systems that allow people to be productive and not concerned with all the “extra” bits in the background. Yes- the extra pieces like overseeing money matters, bookkeeping, invoicing, communication, and scheduling as well as content production and engagement are key aspects of the business side of any company, project, etc. However, typically those are not the things that spark joy and fulfillment for business owners... it I’d not why they set out to start their venture(s).
